Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Vadodara. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and upselling company services. The Account Executive will also be responsible for analyzing client data, preparing reports, and forecasting sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review.
- Prepare and file TDS returns within the specified deadlines.
- Manage GST compliance, including timely filing of returns and reconciliation.
- Monitor and implement changes in GST regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate GST treatment in transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Prepare periodic reports on cash flow and financial positions.
- Record all financial transactions and ensure they are appropriately classified.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Tally ERP for efficient accounting and financial management.
- Manage the processing of vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized and complete documentation for all financial transactions.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
